Secure Credential Delivery

Retiring the plaintext password — quietly, and without breaking anyone’s day.

A shift from long-lived shared credentials and manual resets to automated password rotation and expiring, one-time delivery links. Security became something the platform did on its own, in the background.

In any large training operation, generic accounts multiply. Rotating passwords by hand is a tax on operators; sharing them by email is a tax on security. Both bills come due eventually.

Automated credential rotation on a defined cadence and replaced email delivery with expiring links, piloted inside a smaller programme first. Rolled out only after the pilot showed the experience was smoother, not just safer.

A meaningful reduction in manual effort — a fraction of a full-time role recovered — and a security posture that stopped depending on anyone remembering to change a password.
