The Ticket Whisperer
An agent that reads across boards so a human doesn’t have to.
A workflow agent that tracks, queries, and comments on tickets spread across multiple project boards, surfacing the state of work inside the tools where teams already talk. It replaces the daily ritual of "checking everywhere" with a single, conversational entry point.
The problem
Ticketing systems fragment attention. Status lives in one place, discussion in another, decisions in a third — and the cost is paid in context-switching and missed threads.
The approach
Built as a read/write assistant embedded in a collaboration surface, with careful thought given to when the agent should act autonomously versus wait for a nudge. The design principle: reduce lookup, not judgment.
The outcome
Standups and status updates became lighter. People stopped narrating what a machine could summarise.
